These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors to the website and to all customers who engage PR Paso Robles Fence for fence installation, repair, or related services.
PR Paso Robles Fence provides residential and commercial fencing services in Paso Robles, CA and surrounding communities in northern San Luis Obispo County. Services include but are not limited to fence installation, fence repair, fence replacement, gate installation, and related work.
All services are provided subject to site conditions, material availability, permit requirements, and the specific terms agreed upon in a written estimate or contract. We reserve the right to decline or limit services at our discretion.
All written estimates provided by PR Paso Robles Fence are based on the information available at the time of the estimate, including a site visit where applicable. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing.
Estimates are not final contracts. A binding agreement is formed only when both parties have signed a written work order or contract. If site conditions encountered during work differ materially from what was assessed during the estimate - such as underground obstructions, unexpected soil conditions, or undisclosed structures - we will notify you before proceeding with any work that would result in additional charges.
Prices are subject to change based on material costs, labor rates, and permit fees in effect at the time work begins.
Appointments and installation dates are scheduled based on crew availability and permit timelines. We will provide you with a scheduled start date in writing once all necessary permits are obtained and materials are ordered.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible and no fewer than 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee to cover crew scheduling costs, unless the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, crew illness, supply delays, or other circumstances. We will notify you promptly if we need to adjust your scheduled date.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or contract. In general, we require a deposit prior to ordering materials, with the remaining balance due upon completion of work. Specific terms may vary by project size.
Payment is accepted by cash, check, or other methods specified in your contract. Final payment is due at the time of project completion. Any invoice balance not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee as specified in the written contract.
If a dispute arises over an invoice, please contact us in writing within 10 days of receipt. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.
Before work begins, you are responsible for:
PR Paso Robles Fence is not responsible for damage to undisclosed underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other structures that were not marked, disclosed, or visible prior to work beginning.
Where required, PR Paso Robles Fence will apply for applicable building permits on your behalf as part of the contracted work. Permit fees are passed through to the customer and will be itemized in the written estimate. Work will not begin until required permits have been obtained.
You are responsible for ensuring that your planned fence complies with any applicable HOA rules, deed restrictions, or easements. PR Paso Robles Fence is not liable for HOA violations or disputes arising from fence installations that were approved by the relevant city or county but do not conform to separate HOA requirements you did not disclose.
PR Paso Robles Fence warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner using materials of commercially reasonable quality. Any specific warranty terms will be stated in your written contract.
Except as expressly stated in a written contract, all services and materials are provided "as is." We disclaim all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by: normal wear and tear, acts of nature (including storms, floods, earthquakes, or fire), third-party damage, improper use or modification, or failure to maintain the fence in accordance with our recommendations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PR Paso Robles Fence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided or the use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

If direct resolution is not possible, the parties agree to pursue mediation before initiating any legal proceedings. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in San Luis Obispo County, California, as appropriate.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these terms shall be brought in the courts of San Luis Obispo County, California.
